- Program asset management: CNY ¥6,000–16,000 per unit per year.
- Annual support package: quoted per site, based on the number of controllers.
- Retrofit & custom development: CNY ¥10,000–600,000 per project, by scope.
- Migration to available controllers: quoted per project after a remote assessment.
- Training & documentation: quoted per programme.
Urgent work (on-site or shortened lead time) carries a 30–50% surcharge. Volume agreements (5+ controllers per year) receive a discount.
