About Yunni AI
A software layer for machines whose vendors moved on
Yunni AI is the industrial control software arm of Changsha Yunni AI Technology Co., Ltd., based in Changsha, Hunan, China. We work remotely for equipment owners worldwide, with a focus on controllers that are discontinued, imported, or no longer supported by their original vendor. We deliberately do only the software layer: reading, backup, custody, retrofit and migration of PLC / HMI programs and the surrounding control logic.
What we do — and what we don't
We don't
We do not repair hardware, sell controllers, or act as a mechanical/electrical contractor. That separation keeps our advice about "what must be replaced" free of a second commercial interest.
Owner-first, by rule
We serve the equipment owner only, and only with a written authorization naming the equipment and the scope. Programs, drawings and process data stay confidential and are never resold or reused.
Remote-first
Most readings, backups and support begin remotely. On-site visits, where needed, are agreed per project — we do not promise presence we cannot deliver.
Experience
Our lead engineers bring decades of combined field and software experience: electrical and automation work on the shop floor, and software / system integration on the systems above it. We describe that as individual engineering experience — not as the age or size of the company, which we state plainly and accurately.
Yunni AI and our sister company
Industrial control software (PLC / HMI rescue, backup, retrofit, migration, training) is delivered by Yunni AI. General AI digital services — content, customer service bots, automation and websites — are delivered independently by our sister company Shanghai Erhu Information Technology Co., Ltd., under its own website section at /ai/. The two businesses keep separate scopes, separate contacts and separate responsibilities.
