Others repair hardware — we rescue software. No mechanical or electrical contracting, so no conflict of interest about what "must" be replaced.

You keep ownership

We work only on equipment that belongs to you, only with written authorization. The IP in the original program stays with you or its rightful owner; we deliver files, not lock-in.

English documentation

Deliverables, procedures and hand-over training are available in English, so your own engineers are not dependent on a single person.

How it works

  1. Remote triage (free). Tell us the machine type and controller. We identify what can be read remotely and what needs an on-site visit.
  2. Written authorization. Before any read or write, the equipment owner signs an authorization naming the equipment and the scope.
  3. Read, verify, archive. The program is read out, checksummed, and stored with off-site dual backup.
  4. Deliver and hand over. You receive the program files and documentation, with optional training for your team.

Compliance and confidentiality

We serve the equipment owner only, and only with written authorization. Where a controller is protected, we proceed only through the lawful route agreed with you. Client programs, drawings and process data are treated as confidential and are never resold or reused for other clients.
