For a first assessment you do not need drawings or source code. The controller model, the machine type, and the symptom are usually enough to decide what can be done remotely.

What to send in your first message
- The controller model (PLC / HMI / drive), and whether it still powers up.
- The machine type and what it does.
- What changed: a fault, a lost program, a dead laptop, a discontinued vendor, or a plan to migrate.
- Whether you are the equipment owner (we work for owners, with written authorization).
If the controller can be reached remotely, we will say so before any commitment. If an on-site visit is required, we will say that too — and quote it separately.
