Your programs, drawings and process data stay yours
Industrial control work touches some of the most sensitive information a plant holds. This page states, plainly, how we handle it.
Authorization first
We read or write a controller only for the equipment owner, and only after a written authorization that names the equipment and the scope of work. Where a controller or program is protected, we proceed only through the lawful route agreed with you — never by circumventing protections.
What we handle and why
- Programs and configurations — to read, verify, back up, modify or migrate them within the agreed scope.
- Drawings and documentation you provide — to understand the machine.
- Contact details — to communicate about the project.
We use this information only to deliver the agreed work. We do not sell it, publish it, or reuse one client's programs, drawings or process data for another client.
Ownership and custody
The intellectual property in an original program stays with you or its rightful owner. When we hold backup copies as part of an asset-management or custody service, they are stored off-site in two independent locations, access is restricted, and the copies are returned or deleted on your instruction.
Confidentiality
Project information is treated as confidential by default. We do not name clients or show their equipment, programs or data in public material without written permission.
